Down on the farm

In my youth I spent many a happy hour with my mate Paul on his parent’s farm and last weekend I was back down there but this time to take some lifestyle photo’s of his kids. When Fiona phoned to ask me if I could do the shoot I jumped at the chance and it was good to meet them both again and to see how their kids had grown.

It was Stuart and Chloe’s big day on Saturday (and Poppies) and we were there to capture the events unfold. The weather could have been better but it didn’t spoil anything and I’m now faced with the task of processing all the images. Chloe looked beautiful and Poppy simply adorable, read on for a sneak preview of some of the images.

The Bluebells don't stay for long so each year I try to arrange a shoot in April when they are at their best. This year Mandy brought her children Megan and Shane along and they had an Easter Egg hunt while I captured them enjoying the woods.

Saturday saw us at Kendal Parish Church for the wedding of Matt and Ellie followed by a reception at the Town Hall. The weather wasn’t looking good in the morning but by the time we all entered the Church the sun was shining and things couldn’t have been better for the big day.
