Wedding photography at a stunning new Lake District wedding venue

Lakeside Ballet

As we’re getting towards the end of the wedding season I start to think of creative photographic projects to take on. As well as being really enjoyable they allow me to practice my techniques and try things out that I wouldn’t try for the first time at a wedding. A project I’ve had in mind for a while now is a ballet themed shoot on the shores of Coniston water, it’s a lovely location and I thought it would produce some fine images.

Down on the farm

In my youth I spent many a happy hour with my mate Paul on his parent’s farm and last weekend I was back down there but this time to take some lifestyle photo’s of his kids. When Fiona phoned to ask me if I could do the shoot I jumped at the chance and it was good to meet them both again and to see how their kids had grown.
