Following on from the Salthouse Fashion shoot a couple of requests came in for me to take shots of Lambretta's, or S200 Specials to be exact. These things had been restored to pristine condition and looked stunning, I hope I've done them justice in the pictures.

Sharon called around last week to make use of her voucher for a studio portrait session. She looked great and we had fun producing some stunning photographs.

A fashion photo shoot arranged by Debbie of Madeline House Hair. Daryl and Sam were our models and did a great job and so did Ian in keeping the lights from blowing over.

We had a great evening recently capturing some lovely portraits of Danika and Derrie with their horses. The sun was out and some whispy clouds were in the sky which made for a great backdrop once the sun started to set....

The 19th of June saw us at the Abbey House Hotel in Barrow in Furness to photograph the wedding of Graham and Julie.

It's been a while as Graham and Julie decided to move house after their honeymoon so it's taken until now for them to view the photo's, here they are now though.

Not exactly 'Trash the Dress', the latest craze from the USA where brides get their wedding dress out again and do crazy things in it, more treasure the dress in this case. Mitra loves her horses and so it seemed fitting to wear the wedding dress on a horse and capture the event for posterity.

A few months ago I was asked by the girls from Madeline House Hairdressers in Barrow in Furness whether we could do a 'Glamour and Grime' photo shoot. Well obviously we could and a few of the images are here for all to see.

Last night was the 2010 Chetwynde School Prom and it was held at the Abbey House Hotel in Barrow in Furness. With hair and makeup complete there was just time for Ashleigh to call around to the studio for us to capture some lovely photographs of her looking beautiful, and she really did look stunning!

We get asked to do prom photo's each year so if you would like some next year then book early as we only have a short time on the evening of the prom to capture them.

Mark and Kay brought baby Ben around for some portraits last week and what a lovely happy little boy he was, smiling all the time he was here.

4 weeks to go before Jamie and Charlene are new parents so they came around to the studio to capture the moment. We created some beautiful pictures and they'll surely treasure them forever.

We had the great pleasure yesterday of photographing the wedding of Graham and Julie at the Abbey House Hotel in Barrow in Furness. A great day was had by all and we're now in the process of working through the pictures from the day.

After a Lifestyle shoot with her girls in the Bluebell Wood Jo decided to have a shoot in her wedding dress so it was booked for a fine sunset on the shores of Coniston Water.

Louise, mum of Grace and Isabel, arranged a lifestyle portrait shoot with me last Monday evening in a local wood where she often takes the girls for a walk. We were hoping for some colourful Bluebells but they were past there best so we simply had a fun time walking through the wood.

Lifestyle Portrait sessions with children outside the studio are great fun and result in some fantastic relaxed photographs. Last Sunday we had a session arranged with Milly and Penny in a local Bluebell wood, we had a great time and the resulting images are fantastic.

Following her wedding last year Steph decided to have a 'Trash the Dress' session with us but without trashing her dress. No rivers or wading into the sea but some stunning pictures in the grounds of Graythwaite Hall followed by a visit to Coniston Water.

Cousins Tyra and Ella came to the studio at the weekend with their baby brothers Cohan and Lewis. We had great fun getting some lovely pictures (after a session on the trampoline), hope the family love them too.

The weather was better than forecast so we had a walk to the top of Gummers How for a pre-wedding shoot with Wayne and Kirsten, oh and Tara the Springer came along too!

As a registered Nikon Professional user I am pleased to say that I have been successful in winning the Nikon monthly photography competition with an image of a couple watching the sunset over Coniston Water. As well as the cash prize my picture will feature on the Nikon stand at Europe's biggest annual imaging show at the NEC on March 7‑10 2010.
